I had an account on your old site. Do I still have an account here?
Yes! Sign in for the first time since we launched the rewards program and you will receive 50 points straight away! If your password doesn’t work, please use the “Forgotten Password” link on the Account Page to reset your password to gain access to your account.
I’m already signed up for your emails, do I have an account?
If you haven’t signed up for a Web Store account, you can do so on the Account Page. If your email is already registered, but you can’t remember the login, simply reset your password to gain access to your account.

Every time you shop with us you’ll earn a point for every dollar spent. You can also earn points by engaging with us on social media, referring friends, reviewing our products and more! Follow the prompts to earn points once you have a free account.
A Save Our Sleep point is worth 2.5 cents. The points can be redeemed in lots of 40. So 40 points can be converted to $1 off at the checkout.
How do I redeem/spend my points?
At checkout you can decide how many points to use on your purchases or save them to spend in one go. You will only be able to use them when purchasing Save Our Sleep products. they will not work to purchase Silly Billy Bibs, Roly Poly Koala, Bubs Organic or A2 infant formula.

Your points will expire after 365 days. You can convert your points to coupons and coupons have an expiry date of 1 year after creation. You will get an email reminder of points expiring 30 days before they expire.
Will I receive points for orders I made prior to creating my rewards account?
yes, you will receive points for any order made on the new Save Our Sleep webstore which was launched on the 21st of August 2024. Remember, when you join the rewards program you will receive 50 points as a thank you for signing up.
