Some large items pending on your location can take longer to be delivered than the below guide (for a shipping ETA estimate please email [email protected]). This cannot be used on orders with large items for example mattresses, duvets and boxes of A2. This service may take 7 to 10 working days to reach you.
Gift vouchers are delivered via Australia Post. If the voucher is purchased along with other products the Gift Voucher card will be sent out with the rest of the purchase. If you would prefer a digital version which you may print, please email [email protected] and request this.
PDFs are sent via email as soon as they are paid. If you do not receive this email with a link to download your PDF please check your junk mail or spam folder. If you do not find the email in your junk then please email [email protected].
This service is avaliable for the Geelong region only and will appear once your post code is added.
